At Shree AC Service, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be provided.

Service Charges

Once a service has been completed, no refund will be provided for the service charges. Our technicians ensure proper inspection and confirmation before completing the service.

Advance Payments

  • If an advance payment is made and the service is cancelled before technician dispatch, a full refund may be issued.
  • If the technician has already been dispatched, a visit or inspection charge may be deducted.

Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We will inspect the issue and attempt to resolve it without additional cost.
  • Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved.

Parts & Materials

Refunds for replaced parts will be subject to manufacturer or supplier policies. Used or installed parts are generally non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after service completion
  • Issues caused by misuse, power fluctuations, or external factors
  • Damage due to third-party repairs or interference
  • Normal wear and tear

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method where possible.
